The New Year, has brought all sorts of things with it, my favorite being, New Babies! As they start out in the first year of their life, they have so many things to experience, and as a mother, I love watching it happen – I am sure most parents can relate.
If you were one of the many that welcomed a new baby in the past few months, this year also brings with it, a host of first holidays – first up? Valentine’s Day! How many of you have a new Valentine this year?
The first year is always full of pictures, recording the first moments in your child’s life, and that usually means, wardrobe changes! Well, with Valentine’s Day being the next holiday, let me introduce to you my favorite Valentine’s Day outfit, for a baby girl (sorry fellas!)
Paired with a white long sleeved onsie, and tights (or baby legs), not only will your tiniest Valentine be super adorable, but she will be warm as well. I originally put this outfit together, thinking that it would be perfect for a newborn photo shoot, or as a First Christmas Outfit (score!!), but with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, how perfect is it for that use?!
The Lace Ruffle Skirt, comes with the adorable crocheted headband with attached flower, and it comes in several colors – ready for more outfit inspiration? Here you go!
Think Easter, Fourth of July, Birthdays, oh my!
The little ruffled skirt, is made like little bloomers, with lace around the legs, and across the back. They come in several sizes:
Size:S Waist:36cm Height:70cm. Fits for 6-12 months baby.
Size:M Waist:38cm Height:80cm. Fits for 1-2 Years baby.
Size:L Waist:40cm Height:90cm. Fits for 2-3 Years baby.
They provide plenty of space to cover a diaper booty – even those covered my cloth diapers!! They are made of 100% cotton, so they are soft, and won’t irritate baby girls skin.
I paired them with a pair of beautifully made reversible baby shoes, made by Pimpolho, that also come in several colors.
The little red pair that I received, come with little bows, that have beaded “diamonds and pearls” stitched to the middle. One side are solid red, and the other has a tiny red gingham pattern on them. The shoes are very soft, and the soles are removable, which make for even softer shoes. I love that in addition to the shoes being reversible, the tiny bows cam be adjusted, so if you want side bows, you can have them! The shoes come in size 0-2, 2-4, 4-6, and 6-7 months.
So, who is ready to celebrate Valentine’s Day, with their littlest Valentine?
