My mental health has always been on my list of priorities. With psychological, emotional, and social well-being, I do not doubt that I can gradually become the best version of myself. How I enhance or take care of mental health is a process. While there was nothing wrong with my aiming high, I was unreasonable.
I pushed myself too hard. I couldn’t eat or sleep enough. Sooner rather than later, I began feeling like I wasn’t cut out for success, and it took a toll on my mental health. If I had set a realistic goal, I’d have had a different experience.

Whenever I feel like I need help with something, I look for it. It illustrates my strength and determination to take the best care of my mental health. My close pals and relatives are my support system, and they are ever available for me. Hence, I reach out to them when I have an issue that’s bothering me. I also think it’s pretty smart to consult professionals such as therapists when dealing with mental health issues. I have done it several times.
To sum up, I value my mental health a lot, and I’ll do anything to take care of it. Over the years, I have been making the most out of the strategies I’ve provided above.
