With the New Year coming soon, now is the time that people start making New Years Resolutions. For most people, that usually consists of some form of “New Year New Me” fitness resolutions. But what if I told you that there was something better than your basic fitness resolution? Something that would bring you not only physical well being, but hope, healing, and peace?
As the years have gone by, I have come to realize that my mental health is just as important as my physical health, and sometimes even more important. Still, I rarely hear anyone make their mental wellbeing a priority when making New Year Resolutions. So here is my suggestion; check out Live Your Full Life by Deborah Lucero.
Deborah has put together several different wellness programs that will have you taking the necessary steps to improve your mental health as well as your physical health. For those of you suffering from Fibromyalgia, she has 2 programs. The first takes you through 5 steps for Fibromyalgia Relief, while the other contains 9 yoga poses that will help relieve some of the pain that your body is going through.
She also has a Healing Insights 70-Day Course, as well as a 13-month wellness plan. Not to mention, several bonus plans available. While I don’t have Fibromyalgia, I do love a great yoga session and I love that Deborah has a video that shows exactly how to do each pose. This is extremely beneficial to anyone that is unfamiliar with yoga poses. In fact, just about every program on Live Your Full Life has a video attached to it to help explain what is to be done each day.
The Healing Insights 70-Day Course also has audio files if you want to listen but not watch, as well as daily workbooks that have you focusing on one thing at a time. It allows you to focus your energy on a single subject, rather than everything all at once, which can be even more difficult when you are already stressed.
I am still working my way through the program, but I will say this, the days that I have done have left me in a more peaceful state of mind. I will definitely be continuing this program into the New Year, and focusing on my mental state.
In addition, the monthly wellness plans are fantastic; Month one focuses on detox and creating a healthy eating plan. Deborah even includes a PDF of her personal vitamin and pantry list. She truly has thought of everything! I am looking forward to seeing what the following months will bring!
