I love getting new children’s books, especially when they are simple enough for my new reader! These books by Dan Jackson, are loaded with great information, but written in a simple enough manner, that even new readers can enjoy them.

In I wish I were a LION, we meet Bross, a 7 year old Fox, who wishes he were a Lion.

Through a series of great facts, Bross tells us exactly why he wishes he were a Lion.

This book has great pictures, that engaged both my 3 year old daughter, as well as my 7 year old son.

This book is perfect for my 7 year old, who is just learning to read, but wants some independent time.

In I wish I were a Shark, we are introduced to Johnny, a 6 year old Dolphin, who would much rather be a Shark!

Just as in I wish I were a Lion, we are given lots of great pictures and facts, that explain exactly why Johnny wishes he were a Shark!

If you have an animal lover, then these are perfect books, that will teach them all kinds of great things.

Aside from a few grammatical errors, these books are great. Perfectly suited for youngsters, and new readers. You can get both books on Amazon, I Wish I Were a LION  is $1.99 (Kindle), and I Wish I Were a Shark  is $2.99 (Kindle).

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
