Organic Clean Beauty | Better for Your Skin
For more than a few years now, I have been using a skincare regimen that includes more organic clean beauty products, and less of the over-the-counter chemical-laden brands. However, finding truly organic beauty products can be hard.
While many beauty brands are coming out with new lines that are natural and contain organic ingredients but are they truly organic at their core? According to The Soil Association, that answer isn’t always yes. In their article “What Does Organic Beauty Mean?” they go into depth on just what it takes to be a truly organic clean beauty brand; what to hear a secret? they take it all the way back to the soil in which the ingredients were grown!
Thankfully, there are companies out there that are making things a little bit easier for us consumers, on where exactly we can find those coveted organic clean beauty items. Allure magazine put together a list of 22 of the Best Clean Beauty Products of 2021, just o make it easier for us!
Then you have the little guys; the social media influencers and small business gurus that have dedicated their lives to finding and sharing the best of the best in organic beauty. One of those being Organic Bunny. Browse the site, and you will find an extensive collection of all things organic clean beauty; items for beauty, wellness, the house, and even for your pets!
To take it a step further, there is an entire list of boycotted ingredients including:
- Synthetic fragrances

- Phthalates
- Sulfates

I have to say, I don’t think I want ANY of those going on my face or body; let alone my family, or even in our homes! Maybe I need to take a closer look at the other items I am using in and around my house!
One of my favorite parts about Organic Bunny is that in addition to the plethora of organic products, there is a HUGE list of Organic Brands! Now, I know without a doubt, which brands to do business with.
So many of the issues we have, come back to the types of products we use. Take my daughter’s eczema for example; I couldn’t figure out why she was having such horrible issues with her skin and scalp. We visited the dermatologist several times, each time walking away with expensive prescription shampoos and creams.
Then I did some research, and not only did I add a filter to our shower head, but I switched to organic shampoo and conditioner made by my favorite skincare brand, and almost overnight I saw a marked improvement in not only her scalp but also her hair! No more prescription shampoos and creams, no more overly expensive body creams that only masked the problem. Nope, organic clean beauty saved my daughter, and there is no turning back now!
If you are thinking of switching to organic beauty, but you are unsure where to start, head on over to Organic Bunny and take a look at the products, and the list of approved brands.
