My thoughts:

I am really impressed with this unit, it provides a great deal of relief from sore muscles and joints, is easy to use. I have been in several car accidents over the years, that required therapy, and my favorite part of therapy, was always being hooked up to this type of machine, because I knew I would be getting relief from the pain that I was in.
Now, when my shoulder is causing trouble, I can relieve the pain, without taking any medication. I like that it has several different modes, and you can increase and decrease the intensity as you need too. You can set your therapy sessions for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour.
It is recommended that you do 20 minute sessions for each body area, and only complete the therapy 1-2 times each day. However, I have noticed that 1-2 times a week is sufficient for the pain that I have. This will be different for each person, but before doing longer periods, I would suggest talking with your doctor.
I am very happy to have this unit in my personal medical bag, and if you are like me, then you will want to get one of these for yourself. I know that it will get a lot of use in my house!
