True Sol African Mango Cleanse, and Saffron review

I want to tell you about two products that I have had the chance to try, they come from TrueSol Nutrition, and the first one is the African Mango Cleanse.

Used to detoxify and cleanse your digestive tract, the African Mango does so without being harsh on your system. It is a gradual cleanse, and I found that even though it didn’t feel as if anything was happening, I did notice that I was less bloated, and I felt better.

The normal dose for the African Mango cleanse is 1 or 2 tablets a day with plenty of water. I didn’t need to do a full cleanse, so I took just one tablet, and drank lots of water.

What I really like about this particular product, is the list of ingredients…things like Flax Seed Powder, Oat Bran, Pumpkin Seed Extract, Ginger, and Prune Juice. Not to mention a few others; all of which are known to assist in aiding the digestive tract, calming inflammation, and easing stomach troubles.

The second product I wanted to tell you about is Saffron. I am sure that we have all heard of , or even used saffron in a recipe, but I bet that most of us didn’t know that it has great fat burning properties as well.

Apparently, Saffron supports fat metabolism, and is a great appetite suppressant. Well, I am going to have to agree…Not only did it help me suppress my appetite, but when used with proper diet and exercise, I found that I have lost weight at about 1 and a half times the rate that I did with any other product.

In addition, it is supposed to help with your mood, by increasing your serotonin levels. This is great considering that my mood has been effected by premenstrual symptoms…I was less irritable than usual, so much so, that my husband actually took notice!

I have to say, I am pleased with both of these products, and if either of these are something that you believe would be beneficial to you, I recommend getting yourself a bottle.

You can find both products on Amazon; the African Mango Cleanse  is $17.50 down from $49.95 (65% savings), and the Saffron  is $18.50 down from $49.95 (63% savings).

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
