Two Rivers Coffee Medium Roast Coffee Sampler and a GIVEAWAY!!

As you have all come to know, I am a HUGE lover of coffee. I drink several cups a day; both hot and iced. By far one of my favorite brands of Coffee is Two Rivers Coffee. This is the company that manufactures Brooklyn Bean Roastery, Hamilton Mills, Java Factory, and more. They have such a wide selection of blends, roasts, and flavors, that it is almost impossible to get tired of what they have to offer. Recently I started digging into their Medium Roast Coffee Sampler; let me tell you, my mornings have become that much better!

Now, each Sampler Pack has 40 kcups in it, so you will get a few cups from several of the brands. Now you might be thinking that if they are all medium roast coffee pods, there can’t really be that big of a difference in flavor, right? Wrong; each cup has a different flavor profile but with a smooth finish. In my Sampler Pack, I received Corner Donut Shop, Brooklyn Bridge Blend, Colombian, and Boardwalk Blend from Brooklyn Bean Roastery; Smooth Caffeinator from Jave Factory Roasters; Hamilton House Blend, and Cape Cod Roast from Hamilton Mills; Timber from RealTree Coffee, and Let’s Get Weird from Workaholics! So many great roasts!

The Coffee

Depending on the time of day, there are different strengths of medium roast coffee that I prefer. For instance, in the morning I love either a cup of Corner Donut Shop from Brooklyn Bean Roastery or Smooth Caffeinator from Java Factory Roasters. The Corner Donut Shop is an extra bold medium roast; you get a full-bodied cup of coffee, with a smooth finish, that packs the perfect punch for starting your day. If you are looking for a bigger boost of caffeine, the Smooth Caffeinator is the one you want. Its name speaks for itself!

Come mid-afternoon, when I am ready for my second cup, or an iced-coffee (remember, I live in Texas, so it’s still in the 90’s) I reach for either Brooklyn Bridge Blend, or Colombian; both are from Brooklyn Bean Roastery. Both of these roasts produce a smooth, never bitter cup of coffee; and while both do have citrus undertones, the Brooklyn Bridge Blend also has some sweetness to it as well. Perfect for an iced coffee!

Now, as far as an after-dinner cup goes, Hamilton Mills has two fantastic options; Hamilton House Blend, and Cape Cod Roast. I love both of these because they are smooth but don’t pack the same punch that I would want for say a morning cup of joe. Both have a caramelly nutty goodness that pairs well with most desserts.

All of the medium roast coffees are made with 100% Arabica beans, and every time you brew a cup, your house will smell amazing! I am such a huge fan of the medium roasts, that I keep them ready, and at hand in the kcup drawer that sits directly under my brewer! The drawer holds 30 of my favorite kcups, and has a non-slip padded top for resting my brewer on. It stands about 2 inches high, so you aren’t adding much height to your brewer. In addition, there is plenty of room for me to add a coffee cup and my sugar dispenser! Believe me, you will want to keep these Medium Roast Coffees in reach, too!
